I find that I cannot say enough good things about the job MYC just finished over here. The owners and I have gotten used to much lower standards in dealing with contractors in our personal lives – for example, I just had a bathroom remodel at my house that went so bad I had to buy a new water heater unnecessarily and hire a plumber to come out and fix mistakes.

By comparison, our experience with everyone involved with our office remodel was so excellent that I wasn’t sure how to react. From the planning to the smallest part of the job to the most complex work, everything was done with such a high level of competence and professionalism that we truly felt like we were in the hands of experts who took our job as seriously as if they were doing it for themselves.

It was a refreshing change of pace, but I can’t say I’m surprised, knowing what I know about you and our experience with the first remodel you did for us when we moved into our space.
